Royals Win 71 - 54
The Highly Rated Mason County Royals made quick work of the Montgomery County Indians Wednesday Night in the First Round of the 10th Region tournament exploding for 29 First Quarter Points behind the dominant performance of Junior Forward Darius Miller and the sizzling Three Point shooting of Sophomore Guard Russ Middleton.
An exuberant, packed Fieldhouse watched The Royals burn the nets up, getting off to a decisive lead early and stretching it to as much as 30 points in the Third Quarter. Darius Miller Led both teams in Scoring and Rebounding, ringing up a double double on 19 points and 10 rebounds. Middleton finished with 15 Points on Five Three Pointers.

Royal's Star Forward Darius Miller was 7 of 10 from the field, 1 of 2 from three point range, and 4 of 5 from the line. His hustle on the Boards earned him 10 rebounds and his signature unselfish play garnered him 7 assists. Miller was able to control the game and dominated in the paint on both ends.
